The family of Krishna is known for their extreme modesty. Both she and her sister were the first girls in their family to pursue further education after completing their high school degrees. According to Krishna, this was made possible by her father's commitment to education and his goal of raising his daughters to be self-sufficient. In those days, they were without a leader to direct them. Additionally, they had restricted exposure, which prevented them from having their doors opened to the rest of the globe in the early days. However, her father stood by them through the ups and downs of their journey and supported them no matter what.

Because of this, Krishna had a better understanding of the challenges that students from rural and small-town backgrounds would face throughout their educational and professional careers. She made the decision to offer them the moral support essential to make an informed decision in life by advising them appropriately throughout the formative stages of their respective careers. As a result, she made the decision to provide guidance and assistance to students between the ages of 15 and 26 who are on the cusp of making astute choices in the beginning stages of their careers. She was conscious of the need of injecting quality in education at the appropriate moment so that it would make their lives more meaningful and happier. As a result, she had a strong desire to help them right from the beginning of their secondary schooling. She was the one who had the burden of shaping their identities and encouraging students to use all of their abilities to the fullest extent possible so that they may feel fulfilled in life.

23 years ago, Krishna began her professional life working as an instructor for communication skills. There, she had the chance to engage in conversation with pupils and gain an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. It didn't take her long to figure out what was required of them in order to establish a successful professional path for themselves. In addition to that, she worked in the areas of career planning, gap analysis, and upskilling for the career path that was chosen. Her experience in a variety of educational fields offered her the competitive advantage she needed to pursue this line of work. She served as both a teacher and a headmistress, in addition to being an educator.

After spending so many years working in the sector, Krishna made the decision in March 2022 to create her career counselling platform under the name Cutie Marks Career Counselling Services. Through this platform, she intended to give what she had been doing for so many decades the form that it deserved. When it comes to her coaching, Krishna has devised a programme for undergraduate and graduate students that would prepare them for the workforce as soon as they graduate from college. She is helping people secure online internships with prestigious companies and organisations throughout the world. She has come to the conclusion that cultivating an entrepreneurial attitude in students can take a significant amount of time but ultimately transforms them from job searchers into job creators.

In addition to these things, Krishna has a background in psychology, and as a result, she is able to comprehend the kids' mental states.
