The highlight of the event was the consecration of Prophet H.E. Dr. Jerome Fernando as an Ordained Bishop. This sacred ceremony was presided over by His Eminence Prof. Dr. Madhu Krishan, the Patriarch and Chief Apostle of the organization, together with  his team of Senior  Archbishops H.E. Prof. Dr. Lakshman Madurasinghe, a distinguished academic and Senior Professor at Azteca University, North America & Archbishop Prof. Dr. Paul Ambi Sinnadurai from Germany, representing SGADC & AUGP USA in Europe & UK . Officeal proceedings was also legally authenticated by the endorsement Signature and seal of the Oath Commissioner very Senior Learned  Advocate Mrs. Nelun Charmaine Madurasinghe , Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of SL and Notary Public

Further commemorating the occasion, Prophet H.E. Dr. Jerome Fernando was conferred with the  Doctor of Divinity  Degree & Excellence Awards by The American University, USA & also Peace Ambassador  Certificate  from The United Nation University For Global Peace USA ,with UN Approved ID Card. The honor was presented by His Eminence Prof. Dr. Madhu Krishan, who also chairs these universities  as its Chief Rector.

A message of goodwill added an international dimension to the event when Ms. Angel Mahina ,the daughter of Prof.Dr. Madhu Krishan read a officeal letter from Dr. Mark Burns, Chairman MPAC ,USA , the spiritual advisor to the Hon'ble President-Elect of the United States, Donald J. Trump. Dr. Burns, a congressman and trusted advisor and old alumni of AUGP USA  ,in his official  letter expressed  his blessings and support for the Bishop Consecration holy ceremony & convocation & also wrote his high  aporiceation  to four decades of the noble mission of His Eminence Prof. Dr. Madhu Krishan in all 5 Continents through the SGADC & groups of AUGP Global Peace Educational Institutions & Universitis World wide for 4 decades. 

The consecration ceremony at the Miracle Dome symbolized the growing global reach of the Synod of the Global Apostolic Dioceses & Churches ( SGADC )  and its commitment to fostering spiritual leadership and unity across borders. The venue’s iconic stature served as a perfect backdrop for this profound celebration of faith and leadership.

Prophet Dr. Jerome Fernando church that began at his parent's humble home as a prayer meeting for less than 10 people has grown today to be a mega ministry of more than 10,000 congregants around the world.

He is also an Associate Minister of the Andrew Wommack Ministries, USA and the Charis Bible College, USA.

This momentous occasion witnessed the participation of more than 20000  distinguished clergy, esteemed dignitaries, and international guests, cementing its place as a milestone event in the global religious calendar.

Earlier before the Bishop holy Consecration Ceremony,The new entity "The Global Apostolic Diocese Of Ceylon " ( A wing of The SGADC USA ) as well as "Prophet Jerome Institute of Theology"  ( Affiliated By The AUGP USA ) was declared open by His Eminence Prof.Dr. Madhu Krishan.
