What is SPSC?
SPSC is a portal designed to solve the problems of trust issues between the service provider and the service receiver. For any required service, the service receiver generally has to pay some advance amount to the service provider. However, problems may arise if the service provider declines to provide the service and not refund advance amount. On the other hand, there can be a proper delivery of service but the service receiver may refuse to pay the remaining amount.
SPSC brings to you the solution of such discrepancies and assures both the service receiver as well as the service provider a fraud-proof system, where none of the parties will be afraid of being cheated on by the other.

How does it work?
SPSC will provide a Master Agreement to its clients, where both the service provider as well as the service receiver will have the opportunity to mention their clauses and requirements. If the clients want, they can even get a Tailor-made Agreement. It will be the responsibility of SPSC to look after the fulfillment of both the party’s requirements.
The amount payable by the service receiver will be secured with us, guaranteeing the service provider to get the full payment once the service is delivered. The service receiver will also have security that he will get his full money back if he doesn’t receive the service needed.
In this whole transaction, SPSC will take a nominal amount from the parties. The amount for the service will be decided by the receiver and provider itself with no interference of SPSC. In return for providing security of advance and providing assurance of service render to both the parties, SPSC will charge a minimum of Rs.100 and a maximum of 1% of the whole transaction or Rs.10,000 whichever is lower. It can be paid either by the service receiver or the service provider or by both as agreed between both parties.

Why choose SPSC?
In today’s highly competitive service sector, a service receiver will find several service providers offering the same service at different prices. These service providers are scattered across India, and it is impossible for the receiver to know each one of them personally. Service receivers will want to choose the most beneficial one, but due to lack of trust, one may settle for some other provider who will charge a lot more money.
SPSC gives you a guarantee so that you can get the best deal with proper security and the least price. This portal will assure both the service receiver and the service provider at a very nominal cost.
