Our capacity-building and grievance-redressal initiatives are effective and durable. We foster a "We" culture by connecting employees to senior management. This programme encourages employees to voice problems without fear of repercussions by making the workplace more open, inclusive, and approachable.
Infrastructure, technology, management policies and procedures, employee disputes with peers and management, employee utilisation and optimization, employee attrition issues, economic matters and savings, supply chain management, health and welfare amenity management, and safety and security are all topics that will be covered during our meeting.
The most important thing in effecting change is to work with human psychology and employee psychology while undertaking an assessment of the situation from all 360 degrees.
