Abhilash Modi is an author, co-founder of TILS Education, a creative teacher, and most importantly a student of life to understand life profoundly. He has been working in the field of education for more than a decade. In skills, he has been teaching English Language & giving soft skills training to his students at many national level esteemed institutes like ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, and many Govt. & Private universities and administrative bodies. In mental form, he is trying to give universal and perennial understanding to his pupils in his online and offline classes. Modi believes that 20 percent of the quality of life is about your job or business and 80 percent of the quality of life is determined by your understanding of life as a whole, and that understanding of knowing life as a whole makes you an impeccable contributor to the world. Modi believes that he will not be able to give the right understanding to his students unless he lives the right life (full of happiness and prosperity)himself. Along with taking place in many World record chronologies like Guinness&Limca Book of World Records, he has recently been recognized by Rajasthan Patrika NEWS paper’s 40 under 40 power list in the segment of Education. He has been the writer of two books, Just Speak which is for English Learning, and Will Development which is for Personality Development. His 3 research papers have been recently published in the International Journal of English & Studies which is the premier level English Journal of the World. His topics for research were “Origination of Tenses in English Language & their Cognitive Approach, Purpose of Passive Voice and Importance of harmony among Emotions, Thoughts & Language in English Grammar". His inspirational story has been featured by the biggest Indian Media Platform JOSH Talks & biggest Global Media Platform TEDx Talks. 

Abhilash Modi's journey of being a True Teacher from an English Teacher

Abhilash Modi says that almost every child wants to make a positive change in society but due to the influence and pressure of society and family, his dream of doing something positive remains a dream only. Abhilash has learned maximum intensive things in life from his own life as after completing his schooling, Abhilash worked as a laborer in a factory for 4 years due to some unfavorable conditions at home, he always had the passion to do something right for the society. He got a chance to become a teacher after a lot of hard work and dedication. It was only after being a teacher for 2 years when he realized deeply that becoming a teacher is a social responsibility, not just a mode to complete the survival needs. The right teacher can prepare the right family and the right society for the times to come. Abhilash stresses that education is not just a name for earning by acquiring any skill but also to set an example for the coming generations with the right mindset, in which every child of the upcoming generation can also be enthusiastic to live life.

Abhilash Modi’s insight about the role of Skills & Mentality in Education

Abhilash believes that he has been teaching English as a skill since 2011, the journey to teach English and life in the same classroom was very difficult, but as the students started seeing positive changes in themselves along with learning English, their attention got focused on improving personality too. Modi says that he has only one objective from the beginning that his life should become an inspiration for others. Abhilash co-founded TILS - The institute of Languages & Skills with Abhishek Kankria in the year 2017, and since its inception, TILS has been achieving new heights. TILS has trained thousands of students in its offline & online classes including CAs, CS, MBAs, Doctors, Ph.D. holders, Govt. Officials, DEOs, Politicians, Engineers, IIT students, IIM students, Lawyers & all age students from more than 5 countries. Abhilash says that every human existentially has only one goal; to be resolved in himself, to be complaint-free in the family &to be prosperous in a job or business, and if all these three happen to everyone then society will automatically attain fearlessness. Everyone will have to work hard towards this goal so that generation after generation we could see better humans. Modi says the goal of his life is to convey the importance of universally & perennially correct mentality along with survival skills in education.
