Kombat Hall students won 7 Gold Medals in the District Kickboxing Championship and will represent Gurugram at the State Level.
Gurugram, Haryana, Sunday, 7th April: Kombat Hall students won 7 Gold Medals in the Gurugram District Kickboxing Championship held at Orchid International School and qualified for the Haryana State Kickboxing Championships, where they will represent the Gurugram District from 3rd to 5th May 2024 in Faridabad.
The 2nd District Kickboxing Championship was sanctioned by the Gurugram District Kickboxing Association and recognised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. It was held under WAKO (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations) guidelines.
The following students from Kombat Hall won accolades in district kickboxing championships.

- Kanish Ahuja- Male, Age 10
- Jasraj Singh- Male, Age 14
- Jasnoor Kaur-Female, Age 14
- Sudeshna- Male, 18+
- Shikher Gupta- Male, Masters
Shikher, the founder of Kombat Hall, mentioned, "Kickboxing is an exciting sport that allows students to test their mental and physical strength and is a true assessment of striking abilities. WAKO guidelines ensure the students are completely safe and fight with the right spirit of martial arts."
Shikher himself participated in the master's category and will be representing the Gurugram district in the state championships.
Ms Seema Saini, the General Secretary of the Gurugram District Kickboxing Association, expressed her gratitude for completing the 2nd edition of the District Kickboxing Championship. "Kombat Hall participants showed skills and participated with the right discipline and attitude that martial artists are known for. We look forward to consistent participation from Kombat Hall."
