The Principles That Transformed Dr. Sudhir Arora from an Introvert Scared to Communicate with Others into the Co-Founder of Three Digital Companies!
He has helped individuals apply the Dreams Achievement Process by co-founding two companies: yes2dreams.com (with his wife, Neeru), and Sudhir Shashank (with his buddy, Col Shashank). Both of these organisations may be accessed online (DAP). Also, he is one of the co-founders of the health and wellness community known as yes2stayingFit.

Since more than 10 years ago, Dr. Sudhir has been both a practitioner and teacher of the law of attraction as well as a qualified NLP master coach. He is an expert in the IT business who specialises in shopfloor systems and provides consultancy services. He held the position of Vice President at an international automotive corporation during his career. Sudhir has approximately 30 years of experience working in corporate environments and has a history of assisting clients from a variety of countries. He also holds an Honorary Degree in the field of NLP and mentoring. In addition to being a student at IIM Ahmedabad, he is also a student of the books The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Think and Grow Rich, and Secrets of the Millionaire Mind.

When Sudhir was in the tenth grade, his father's business began to experience difficult times about the same time. Even though their income was dropping every day, his father made sure that he had enough money to graduate from MLN college, YNR, and Kurukshetra University with a degree in computer technology. Their financial situation became worse while he was away at college. Yet, he asserts that the support of the people around him helped him get through it. Following that, he began working in Haridwar at a job that paid around Rs 1300 per month. He was a highly active participant in a wide variety of social groups and lions clubs. Nonetheless, he left his job, realising that he required a fresh start, and made the decision to go to Delhi. When he first began, it was challenging for him to construct an identity out of nothing.

One person was constantly at his side, whether he was working in corporate America or starting his own business, and that was his wife, Neeru. Neeru, a former IT professional who is now a qualified health coach, is the companion he has always envisioned having in his life and is someone he has always looked up to. When asked about his accomplishments, Sudhir never fails to give credit to his teachers and Neeru. After working for an information technology company in Delhi for a period of three months, he eventually became engaged to Neeru. Following that, he found a new position and began working in Gurgaon for a joint venture that was owned by a major automobile manufacturing business. That was the turning point in his relationship with Neeru, which had previously been one-sided. After leaving the office, he would get on a used scooter and make his way to Neeru's location. This would mark the beginning of the trip that they would take together.

After Sudhir's and Neeru's success in the business world, they made the decision to launch a venture that would benefit others. They adhered to the "Social Entrepreneurship" philosophy as a guiding concept. They want a career path in which they might be of assistance to other people. They determined that the most important issue was health and immediately began working on it. Because of this, the platform "yes2stayingFit" was created.

Once some time had passed, he cast his thoughts backward and recalled his father's failing firm and how the lack of a mentor had contributed to its failure. This sparked the idea for Sudhir Shashank, which he established in the winter of 1921 alongside his longtime friend Col Shashank. The two were firm believers in the transformative potential of mentorship and in the law of reciprocity, which states that you will receive what you give. They were also concerned with ensuring that others did not repeat the errors that they had made. He owes a great deal to the rest of the world. Today, he has made it his mission to give back to the world by assisting one million individuals in achieving vibrant health, 10,000 people in acquiring "Dream Achievement Skills," and 1,000 people in becoming successful business owners.

Dr. Sudhir has a firm and unwavering faith in the following four fundamental tenets: health, proper words, giving back, and dreams. Dreams, in his estimation, are one of the most significant powers that are now available, and he claims that this is the most important thing. He never fails to point out that dreams are inherently emotional experiences rather than rational ones. But, the actions necessary to realise a desire can't be emotional in nature. They require some kind of management procedure. At this point, his DAP becomes available to him. He stresses the importance of his mentees maintaining close relationships with their mentors and staying away from those who steal their dreams.

Next, he is a firm believer in the power of motivating people (giving back the society.) As he carried on with his work, he became aware that other individuals had just gained money for themselves and then gone. After that, he realised that he wanted to do something positive to the community that had provided him with so many opportunities. He pondered the extent of his influence on the world around him. What would people say about him in the immediate aftermath of his departure? How many people's lives were elevated as a direct result of his efforts? In addition to this, he established "Sudhir Shashank" with the intention of giving something back to society and directing individuals in the right direction.

In addition to this, he is of the opinion that "Fit is the new rich." You may spend your entire life working, which would be detrimental to your health. Yet the fact of the matter is that you cannot buy a healthy physique with the money that you have worked hard to obtain. If you ever have the opportunity to buy your health, you should take advantage of it. When your health is in jeopardy, the amount of money you have made will not matter as much as how exhausted you get as a result of it.

Lastly, but certainly not least, he thinks that what we say shapes who we are as people. Our words attract the things we accomplish in life and the places we find ourselves. The majority of the time, we end up saying things that we would rather not, but that is not always the case. The vast majority of people believe that these are the guiding principles of western civilizations. But, you may find instruction in them in virtually every aspect of eastern religion and society. This way of thinking may be found in every major religion. Imagine that you are reading the Gita, the Bible, or any other sacred work. In such situation, you will become aware of the fact that everyone discusses the influence that your words have on your life.

In the present day, Sudhir resides in NCR with his pet dog, his wife, his mother and father, his daughter, who is presently attending school in London, and his son.
