Scaling With Soul: Reliabledger’s Mission to Empower Teams and Clients

Why culture, care, and operational excellence are at the core of this growing firm.

Scaling With Soul: Reliabledger’s Mission to Empower Teams and Clients

For Aryan Khare and Shivangi Pahadiya, co-founders of Reliabledger LLC, entrepreneurship didn’t begin with a pitch deck or a well-funded launch. It began with frustration, long hours, and a shared vision to create something better for clients and for the people behind the scenes.

“There were days when the workload just didn’t make sense, tight deadlines, last-minute client requests, and barely any support,” Aryan recalls from his time working in an outsourcing firm. “Everyone was running on fumes, and there wasn’t much focus on training or even just… appreciating the team.”

Shivangi experienced those same challenges early in her finance career. With over six years in the industry, she saw firsthand the consequences of toxic workplace cultures and misaligned leadership. “There was often such a stark disconnect between employers and employees,” she says. “That experience shaped my commitment to building healthier, more collaborative workplaces.

Their paths converged when Aryan worked under Shivangi’s leadership. That relationship, built on mutual trust and respect, later evolved into an equal partnership. “She’s always believed in empowering people, not just managing them,” Aryan says. “If I had to sum up her leadership style, I’d say this quote fits perfectly: ‘Leaders don’t create many followers, they create more leaders.’

That foundation became the bedrock for Reliabledger.

A Shared Vision, A Singular Focus

Reliabledger LLC specializes in outsourced accounting and graphic design services, with a focus on U.S.-based property management companies. From day one, Aryan and Shivangi set out to solve two major pain points they had witnessed time and again.
Property management companies needed reliable accounting support that actually understood their world,” Aryan explains. “And just as important, the people doing the work needed to feel seen and supported.

That’s where Shivangi’s operational leadership came in. As Chief Operating Officer, she took charge of shaping the systems, culture, and values that would define the company. Her hands-on role in building team structure, guiding daily operations, and establishing a supportive work environment is woven into every aspect of Reliabledger.

“Throughout this journey, Shivangi has been a consistent pillar,” Aryan says. “Whether it was late-night client work, supporting the team, or brainstorming through countless challenges to shape the vision we’re now bringing to life, her resilience and empathy are deeply embedded in our DNA.”

Beyond Bookkeeping: Building Real Partnerships

Reliabledger’s services are far from generic. The firm handles bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, monthly reporting, and other back-office functions. But what makes them different is the way they do it.

“We’re not just crunching numbers,” Aryan emphasizes. “We actually understand how these businesses run, which makes our work more valuable and less of a hassle for our clients.”

This deep operational knowledge is something both co-founders bring to the table. Shivangi ensures that their service delivery isn’t just efficient but also people-focused, a quality that resonates with clients and employees alike.

Their model is built on real partnerships, something that’s rare in the outsourcing world. “We’ve always believed in being a trusted extension of our client’s team, not just a vendor checking boxes,” Shivangi adds.

The Hustle Before the Breakthrough

Like many startups, the early days of Reliabledger were intense. The team worked U.S. hours at night and handled operations during the day. Sleep was scarce, and resources were limited.

We didn’t have a big marketing budget,” Aryan admits. “It was just cold messages, LinkedIn hustle, and showing up every single day.”
But what they lacked in funding, they made up for in determination. The turning point came when they secured their first full-scale client, a property management company that trusted them with their entire accounting back office. That success led to referrals, and the momentum began to build.

That’s when it stopped feeling like just an idea,” Aryan says. “It started to feel real.”

Leadership Through Trust and Teamwork

While Aryan oversees finance and strategic growth, Shivangi leads the operational backbone of Reliabledger. Her experience has helped the company maintain quality even as it scales.

“She’s been at the core of every decision that impacts our team’s well-being and our client experience,” Aryan shares. “We built this together, and there’s not a single phase of this journey where Shivangi wasn’t fully present and pushing us forward.”

Their complementary skill sets and deep-rooted partnership allow them to lead with clarity and conviction. “I’ve seen the best outcomes when we lead with trust,” Shivangi says. “That goes for our team, our clients, and even ourselves.”

Looking Ahead: Vision for the Next 5 Years

Reliabledger is just getting started. Over the next five years, Aryan and Shivangi envision building out their offerings to include CFO-level advisory, expanding their U.S. footprint, and introducing tech-driven, end-to-end financial solutions.

Internally, their focus is on creating meaningful careers in finance, with robust training programs, leadership development, and a culture that prioritizes growth and balance.

We want to grow in a way that stays true to our values,” Shivangi says. “It’s not just about getting bigger. It’s about getting better.
They’re also exploring ways to deepen their community impact, including financial literacy education and outreach programs that give back.

Lessons for Aspiring Founders

For others looking to launch a business, Aryan and Shivangi offer a blend of practical wisdom and personal insight.

Start with a real problem, stay close to your customers, and don’t be afraid to iterate,” Aryan advises.
“And build something that serves people, because your culture will determine how far you can go,” Shivangi adds.
They also emphasize the power of authentic partnerships. “Reliabledger exists because of the trust we built long before we became co-founders,” Aryan says. “That’s been our biggest strength.”

Why Reliabledger Stands Out

In a crowded market of outsourcing firms, Reliabledger shines because of the values that drive it. Efficiency, yes. Expertise, absolutely. But also empathy, consistency, and a culture of care.

Aryan and Shivangi aren’t just running a business. They’re building a workplace where people are empowered to lead, where clients feel supported, and where growth doesn’t come at the cost of well-being.

Honestly, we’re still learning every day,” Aryan says. “But that core idea of delivering value for clients and our team, that hasn’t changed.
